Measuring experience as perceived by customers is tough, as it depends on several factors beyond last mile RF conditions. MOZARK’s integrated Connected Experience platform is designed to measure the experience from a customer perspective and help diagnose not just RF conditions but also issues in layer 3 (IP) to layer 7 (HTTP/S) packet delivery. We do this through our unique deep packet inspection (DPI) technology. Traditional DPI performed at the network edge is often expensive to deploy and operate especially as data consumption explodes.
